QUIKRETE® FastSet Anchoring Epoxy

Tube of QUIKRETE® FastSet Anchoring EpoxyQUIKRETE® FastSet Anchoring Epoxy is a two component, 100% solids epoxy designed for the horizontal or vertical rapid anchoring of railings, bolts and threaded rods into concrete or masonry. The epoxy comes in a single cartridge that can be loaded into a standard caulk gun.

The non-sag epoxy formula is solvent-free and will achieve a pull out strength of over 29,000 lbs.

To apply, screw a static mixer nozzle onto the cartridge and place the cartridge into a caulk gun. The epoxy should be dispensed from the bottom of a hole, filling approximately half of its depth.

A threaded rod or rebar should then be inserted to the bottom of the hole and turned clockwise. The epoxy sets in 4-5 minutes, which makes it ideal for horizontal and vertical applications. The epoxy can support heavy loads after curing for two hours.
