Upgrading the Kitchen in Your Home

By: Danny Lipford

A minor kitchen remodel has one of the highest rates of return of any home renovation project. It often includes replacing the cabinet hardware and countertops as well as refinishing the cabinets themselves. Another more expensive option is to replace the doors and drawers on the existing cabinets. The kitchen showroom at home improvement centers is a great place to find ideas for remodeling your kitchen.

Will you share information on the paint used on the kitchen cabinets and how you got it to match so well with the ordered cabinet doors? This is in reference to the condo remodel that was televised 3/19 and 3/26. The kitchen was done 3/19. The hostess was a little skeptical on these matching, and they did. Thank you, Lynn

That is so true. A few small and inexpensive changes can make a big difference in the look of the kitchen.
