How to Make Tile Drink Coasters and Trivets for Your Home

One of the best ways to protect your furniture from unsightly stains and water rings is by using coasters. But good coasters can be hard to find – they’re often too small for my jumbo-sized coffee mugs, or they stick to the glass and go clattering to the floor, or they’re just plain tacky!

An easy and economical solution is to make your own homemade drink coasters using your favorite ceramic tiles. Read on to find out how.

    I have taken 1″ ceramic tiles and glued them to cork board. Now I need to finish the edges to complete the trivets in 6″ X 6″ size.
