Be On the Show

Do you have repairs or improvements around your house that you just aren’t sure how to do? Who doesn’t, right? Here is your chance to be on the 20th season of nationally syndicated home improvement television show Today’s Homeowner with Danny Lipford.

We’re a fun and enthusiastic bunch, so we’re looking for fun and enthusiastic homeowners to be on the show! We’ll empower you and our audience to take on manageable projects around the house. All we ask is your time and your personality. Occasionally, we’ll ask you to contribute a moderate amount of money toward the project.

Check out our list, submit your project, and we’ll take it from there. Email us at

To be considered for an episode your submission must include:

  • Name, address (within 100 miles of Mobile, Alabama), email address and phone number.
  • Photos or videos of your home and project.
  • Brief, but detailed, description of the project or projects you need to tackle.
  • Tell us about you and your family, including at least one photo.

We Are Currently Looking For:

Kitchen on a Budget: A full kitchen renovation can be both hard to pull off, and hard on the family budget. Let us help you make minor fixes that create a major upgrade to your kitchen.

Bathroom: It’s probably the most used room in the house and chances are it needs a facelift. We’ll help you make small improvements, that can really change the look and feel of the room everyone uses.

Paint Like a Pro: Pick a room in your house that needs paint the most, and we’ll help you make it look like the pros did it. We’ll show you tips, tricks and hacks for getting that professional-looking paint job without hiring someone.

Holiday Hints: The holidays will be here before you know it. Is your home ready for the most wonderful time of year? We’ll help you deck the halls, the roof, the front yard – wherever you need some holiday hints around your house.

Whatcha got? We want to see your home repair to-do list. What manageable projects do you have that you just aren’t sure how to start (or finish)? Remember to include pictures of the projects, a detailed description of the project and some photos of you and your family.
