I have a rental property with sheet vinyl floor glued down to concrete subfloor in the kitchen. Can I install new commercial-grade vinyl tile (Armstrong Excelon) directly over the existing sheet vinyl or does it need to come up? I haven’t started trying to take the old sheet vinyl up yet so I don’t know how stuck it is. Thanks for your help.
