Leveling the Foundation and Floor on the Kuppersmith Project House
By: Danny Lipford
When renovating an older home, foundation settling problems often have to be repaired, and the 1926 Kuppersmith Project house was no exception.
We started by using a transit to locate any low spots in the floor of the home, then went under the house to determine the cause of the problems.
After rot damage to the sills was repaired, the low spots were jacked up to level the floor in the house. Watch this video to find out more.
